NO, it has to be ordered at the same time as the Avant head unit. This option can NOT be added and installed later.
Internal TPMS sensors are installed inside the wheels. This install requires going to the tire shop and paying them to install the internal TPMS sensors for you.
External TPMS is much easier than you can do this yourself. They are like valve caps that you twist on top of your existing valve stems using your hands.

Cameras
The OEM factory cameras, parking radar sensors, and dynamic trajectory parking lines are all supported and displayed on the large touchscreen (requires optional adapter cable). If you do not have the OEM camera you can add and install our optional aftermarket backup camera. When you put your car into reverse the backup camera will automatically be displayed on the screen.

The purpose of the tire pressure monitoring system is to warn you that at least one or more tires are significantly under-inflated or over-inflated, possibly creating unsafe driving conditions. Maintaining the correct tire pressure for your car is an important factor in extending the life of your tires.
